Waist at its narrowest point,

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and measure the widest part of your hips.

Waist circumference at the narrowest part

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and measure the circumference of your hips at the widest part.

While standing straight, measure the inside of your leg from the crotch to the floor.
