Icebug Shoe Size Guide

The dimensions specified by each manufacturer may vary.

A size chart developed specifically for Icebug shoes is available here, where the measurements are decoded in centimeters.

To accurately determine the size you need, we recommend measuring the length of your leg.

  1. Stand against a wall or other 90-degree vertical plane on the floor with your full weight, heel touching the wall/plane. (See image)
  2. Mark where the thumb ends.
  3. Measure both feet . If your feet are different sizes, choose the larger foot size when sizing.
  4. Choose the shoe size based on the table.

For hiking shoes, we recommend buying a shoe at least 1 - 1.5 sizes larger than your everyday shoe size.

In hiking shoes, the toes must not touch the toe!

This is because after walking for a long time your feet will swell and an otherwise good sized shoe will start to feel tight! This is the most common cause of sore feet and toes. In the most serious cases, toenails can be lost due to an inappropriate hiking shoe size.
