How to care for Goretex shoes

Goretex shoes require only a little attention.

In order to preserve the functional properties (water resistance and breathability) of Goretex shoes, as well as the life of the shoe itself as long as possible, they need to be given a little care.

• Clean GoreTex shoes with a soft brush or damp cloth. Do not use bleaches, aggressive cleaning agents and abrasive materials.

• Re-apply water repellent : Over time, the water repellent coating wears off. To restore the water-repellent properties, use a spray designed specifically for Gore-Tex shoes, such as Toko Shoe Proof&Care .

• Do not wash in the washing machine . Wash with a mild detergent and allow the shoes to dry in a well-ventilated area away from heat sources and direct sunlight .

• Store in a dry, cool place.
