WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

Abuse : Products used for a purpose other than their intended end use (eg: using a lightweight running jacket for rock climbing).

Damage : Any damage resulting from use that interferes with waterproof performance or intended functionality (eg: holes, abrasions, burns, torn buttons, zippers, cords, hook and loop fasteners).

Lack of care : For products that do not work due to lack of care. Be sure to always follow our care instructions for longer product life and better performance.

Lack of DWR : A durable water repellent coating (DWR) is required for the product to perform as intended. It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure that DWR is reapplied as needed throughout the life of this product. If, even after a new DWR treatment, water does not form droplets and does not run off an old or heavily worn garment, this indicates that the garment has reached the end of its useful life.

Expiration : Products are damaged or worn out when they cannot be repaired or restored to a fully functional waterproof, windproof and breathable condition.

Second-hand purchases : products purchased as second-hand. This includes most purchases from auction and classifieds sites, thrift stores, or private sellers.

Rental services: Products are offered for rental. This includes products offered through online equipment rental platforms, ski schools, guided tours or outdoor clubs.

Issued Products : Products issued to a professional end-user by their employer, such as for military, law enforcement, fire protection, industrial and corporate purposes.
